Our Process

It all starts with an idea. We work closely with you to ascertain your requirements, your ‘wish list’, we listen and identify key aspects. We apply our skills and expertise to produce innovative designs, which not only offer a practical solution, but deliver creative and bespoke spaces tailored for you.

We work with you to determine the viability of the proposed development, define the vision of each project, identify constraints and also opportunities. We evaluate the technical implications of a site and the design, and adapt as necessary to deliver a workable solution in line with the initial brief.

Following the concept and with our knowledge and expertise, we produce a final design. We undertake planning applications which we submit to the local authority for planning approval. We aid and advise you on supplementary information required to meet both the national and local planning requirements. We will liaise with the planning department on your behalf throughout the planning process.

Having secured planning permission, your development in most cases, will require Building Control approval. We will provide a full package of architectural drawings, building notes, specifications and additional information to ensure your development complies with the current statutory legislation. We work closely with Building Control and are part of a LABC Partnership this enables us to discuss and engage Building Control early in the design process to ensure that even the most complex of projects are delivered smoothly.
